    Guaranteed Financials is a private hard money lending firm working directly with the public. As a direct lender based out of Sacramento, we offer many services which traditional institutions are unable to provide. We originate, review, fund, and service our own loans. We do not need to search for private investors to fund your loan meaning we always have funds to close. This has allowed us to streamline our process and gives us the ability to fund on projects that meet our criteria within days. We work solely with Real Estate Investors, Business Owners and Companies, and have unique investor programs that are tailored to fit your needs as a real estate investor.     Guaranteed Financials is all about helping Real Estate Investors, Business/Company owners, Private individuals access the finance they need to grow their businesses or to keep up with their everyday life and also providing support to those businesses which has fallen foul of their bank.
    We are ready to fund projects outside the USA in the form of Soft Loan. We grant loan to both cooperate and private entities at a low interest rate of 7% ROI per annum, and 65% LTV (optional) in a maximum repayable duration of 20 years, and my terms are very flexible and interesting.

    What We Offer

    Business Loans

    My business Loan terms run from 6 months to 20 years. The term you will be offered depends on the purpose of the request; a loan for the purchase of a piece of equipment for example cannot be longer than the expanded life span of that item.

    If you require a larger loan than the typical maximum then you would benefit from repayments terms of up to 30 years.

     

     

    Commercial Mortgage

    A Commercial mortgage is a medium to long term loan which can be used to fund the purchase of business premises, extend premises, to release capital from premises already owned, or to buy an existing business.

    A commercial mortgage can also be used to purchase a commercial investment property i.e. a commercial property that will be rented or leased to another business.

     

     

    Asset Finance

    Using precious cash reserves to purchase capital assets can put pressure on your ability to fund ongoing growth. Purchasing business equipment and assets via an Asset Finance facility preserves your cash in that payment for the asset is spread over a set number of months.

    There are different type of Asset Finance such as Finance Lease, Hire Purchase, Operating Lease, and Re-finance (known as Sale and Leaseback); each has different benefits and financial advantages.

    Depending on the type of facility you take ownership of the asset or equipment at the end of the term can be yours for an agreed nominal fee, you can continue using it under a secondary rental agreement, or just hand the asset back.
